Copenhagen, 10 July 2025: Cadeler A/S has received notifications pursuant to article 19 of the Market Abuse Regulation (EU) no. 596/2014 of the below transactions related to shares in Cadeler A/S made by persons discharging managerial responsibilities in Cadeler A/S.
