Cadeler has Redomiciled to the UK

Cadeler plc has successfully closed its voluntary offer to exchange one share in Cadeler plc for each outstanding share of Cadeler A/S (including shares represented by American Depositary Shares). As a consequence, Cadeler is expected to complete its redomiciliation from Denmark to the United Kingdom, with shares in Cadeler plc expected to commence trading on both the OSE and NYSE on Thursday 5 November 2026.
